What do you expect in a city of disarmed and unarmed gun-controlled gangsters with a non-functional police department and a corrupt gun-grabbing court system? Statutes on trespassing and burglary etc. do not apply because the property where the reindeer was kept is private; the place is merely a residence wtih a grandfathered permit for keeping wildlife in captivity. It is not a commercial establishment with a business license and hours of operation with the lawful authority to have individuals solicited and trespassed commercially by police wtih service of process.
