Dirty psych shop in financial distress
In thin-blue-line solidarity with the local cop shops, the city attorney and the county prosecutor’s office
Obviously it is with a certain amount of Schadenfreude that we view the financial distress of a heavy-drugging thin-blue-line psych shop.

If the owners and operators of a disreputable psych shop have inappropriately close relationships with personnel at the Vancouver City Attorney's office or the Clark County Prosecutor’s office, then it might be possible to have a special master appointed in court to initiate condemnation proceedings against the property for vice, namely, against the land on which these mental health shop buildings are situated.
Any debts can then be paid off, and if the buildings are deemed unfit for human habitation or business, they can be demolished, or else converted to wholesale-only or industrial uses which will not attract the vices of walk-in consumers seeking sexual pleasures or street drugs for recreational or mental health use.
Perhaps the property could be converted to a Veteran Owned and Operated licensed towing and impound wrecking yard with a “chop shop” for fencing and converting lawfully appropriated motor vehicles and personal belongings in accordance with local, state and national laws, rules and regulations. But unfortunately that would result in a second condemnation for vice on the same property.
Something named after the Columbia River in a riverboat-gambling jack-booted thug district where corrupt cops rule like tyrants and self-defense is forbidden. Could be another casino.
