That's not quite what it is
These people are getting too emotionally codependent and touchy-feely at work — which is often a sign of drug or alcohol abuse, particularly among women.
Lesbianism, anti-harassment training for men, and forced tolerance of homosexuality are characterizing modern corporate workplaces, with a sneaking tolerance and enablement of drug abuse and alcoholism to boot.

Most people aren't that picky. A good paying job is what it is. If you don't like your job, you put in the effort and do a better job, keep improving with experience, or if your efforts are simply not appreciated, you look elsewhere for employment.
If you're being hugged and friendshipped and relationshipped at work, and you're just not being paid very well for what it is or what your goals and objectives are — you may wish to accept a better offer — but you have to escape the emotional friendship and romantic chemistry trap for that.
