The plaintiff argued that due to his work as a sailor, he left abroad at the beginning of 2022 and had not returned to Ukraine. He learned about his status as a violator only from the “Reserve+” app. According to the plaintiff, under these circumstances, entering such information into the Register and declaring him wanted was illegal. ¶The TRSSC opposed the claim, stating that on December 24, 2025, the head of the TRSSC issued a summons for January 3, 2026, to clarify data. The summons was generated using the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Conscripts, and Reservists and was digitally signed by the head. ¶Since the man did not appear on the specified date and did not provide valid reasons or documents, the TRSSC considered him a violator of military registration rules.
