The girl’s mother later alerted authorities that a video showing her daughter and Tyler Boebert having sex was posted on Instagram, the affidavit says. The affidavit does not say who is alleged to have posted the video. ¶He was 18 at the time and 11 months older than the victim, according to the arrest affidavit. The girl turned 18 three weeks after the illicit video was shot on Feb. 1, 2024, authorities said.
Both are victims of blackmail and extortion obviously. Although the girl and her family might have been bargaining on 17 as an age of minority, and remaining anonymous to blackmail the 18-year-old boy with an alleged sex video, assuming that the video allegedly even exists.
