Yet another law-abiding citizen arrested on false charges by gun-grabbing cops for allegedly possessing a firearm in Alaska

In view of a whorehouse surveillance camera

Unfortunately the manager of the ill-reputed Santa Claus House in North Pole, Alaska has obstructed justice and perjured himself in court on several counts in this matter:

  1. falsely alleging or implying that the man had burglarized or broken and entered the house, when in fact he had remained outside in the parking lot until he drove away and did not enter the building at any time that night;
  2. falsely alleging crimes of “terroristic threatening” and “assault” — based on previously recorded video surveillance evidence only — for merely owning a gun and being observed in a parking lot under video surveillance in possession of it;
  3. falsely alleging damages due to driving over a traffic cone which is explicitly designed not to cause any damage.
North Pole police: Santa Claus House targeted by armed man
A Palmer man is being charged with terroristic threatening and assault after bringing a gun into the Santa Claus House and threatening a grocery store employee.
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - A Palmer man is being charged with terroristic threatening and assault after bringing a gun into the Santa Claus House and threatening a grocery store employee in North Pole. ¶Early Tuesday morning, right around midnight, 25-year-old Nathaniel J. Caole was reportedly seen on surveillance camera doing “brodies” around the property of the Santa Clause House in North Pole — approximately 14 miles from downtown Fairbanks — circling the Santa statue and knocking over parking barriers. ¶Caole was observed driving into the Santa Claus House entryway, exiting his vehicle and retrieving a scoped rifle. He allegedly pointed the rifle directly at the security camera twice while giving the finger. ¶According to the North Pole Police Department, Caole appears on the video to chamber a round in the rifle and climb on top of the vehicle. The Defendant paced and sat, waiting on top of his vehicle with the rifle for approximately 10 minutes before climbing down, pointing the gun at the highway several more times, and finally driving away, later arriving at the Three Bears grocery store down the road. ¶The manager of the Santa Claus House reported to the North Pole Police Department that he believed that Caole was trying to attract attention to himself and was making threats to shoot or kill responding officers, employees and customers of the Santa Claus House through the surveillance video and that he would come back.

One would have to consult Black's Law Dictionary or a similar resource for the exact legal meaning of the phrase “doing brodies.” It could be street term for abusing drugs, except that the man wasn't actually charged with any drug crimes. That is how the man’s actions allegedly recorded, without a warrant, under video surveillance were later re-interpreted remotely for purposes of malicious court prosecution of alleged “threats” not actually made.
