It's carefully coded speech by a gay man on TikTok essentially complaining that he can't find a gay male date. He isn't offering any special insight into the women who frequent his social circles and don't seem to have any problems at all getting pregnant and having abortions wherever and whenever they want to.
Everything comes across as a subtle lie from that social crowd. Women who are that much into looks and beauty and streetwalking don't date? Probably, presumably in a statistical sense, most single women are in fact dating straight men.
Unless you hang out with extreme feminists, lesbians and rape victims — and what sort of dude does that? He's not exactly lonely or all by himself on his part for rejecting women.
