No good. After police escorted him off the property once he was technically free to go. They can't have him back on a warrant. You need a decent lawyer? Most of them and the judges too are traitors.
You can't just total up a hotel bill after the fact, tack on a slew of fraudulent civil charges and call it a felony on the part of the guest.
