White Collar Crime in Alaska
The cock-blocking of official investigations continues

A couple of sleazy police academy red flags are immediately apparent here
foundational principles of Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity, and adherence to the rule of law that at a minimum,
This is a catchy slogan or motto with a "de minimus" in court for something or another. We have Female Body Inspectors at "FBI" too for that matter. In any case the "Constitution" is the big C to be upheld, not the little c of "corruption" which is to be eradicated. The second red flag is the "clean separation" from the U.S. Army.
In May 2011, I made a clean separation from the U.S. Army to attend Class 11-09 of the FBI’s New Agent Trainee (NAT) class at the FBI Academy, in Quantico, Virginia.
So this guy presumably up to that point was a regular dude in the Army who never attracted the attention of the FBI. So this would imply that he had his background professionally scrubbed in preparation for his application to work at the FBI before he ever contacted them. Otherwise, what is that? A dishonorable discharge or a renunciation of U.S. citizenship? War is a dirty business and you can't wash away the locker room stench quite that easily. There's a legal term or category of military discharges "other than dishonorable" but these are not typically called "clean separations."
So this is the Vegas attitude from the Army. "What happens in the Army stays in the Army," so civilians can be ripped off and screwed over in civilian clothes in civilian federal court with total impunity.
So we have to go back to the Army with this, unclean that separation of questionable discharge status, and take care of all the Vegas stuff that was supposed to stay in Vegas, because it's court-martial time with a recall to active duty on the casino clock, and the civilian cock-blockers need to be brought to justice.
