What exactly is in a "mocktail?"
The point of a "mocktail" is that you fix it yourself and you would supposedly know exactly what's in it and what's not in it.
It all depends on who's fixing the drink and whether they enjoy your company sober or they would prefer you drunk.

Or who spiked the punch bowl at the A.A. meeting?

The nonalcoholic beverage business is booming right now. There are innovative alcohol-free bars and bottle shops opening up across the country and a widening variety of zero-proof products that experts love, covering everything from whiskey to gin to rum.
That's a lot of mockery. One might even cite the Bible here.
Quench not the Spirit. Despise not prophesyings. Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil [1 Thessalonians 5:19–22].
That's a lot of wine mixed with water and spirits quenched or doused with other substances.
"Despise not prophesyings" — What are people saying and how do they act when they drink this stuff? What is the attitude of the sellers and purveyors of it?
"Prove all things" — Go ahead and try it if it's otherwise honorable.
"Abstain from all appearance of evil" — if the bottle of whiskey or gin or rum doesn't contain the labeled proof. Is that good wine these people are serving for communion or is it something else?
