Witnesses later told investigators that the three people in the car got into an argument with another man before the suspect fired shots into the air.
After corroborating with other witnesses including the shirtless man who started the argument.
… a third person, a woman, got out of the car and quickly left the area. … the other, a 28-year-old local man, was arrested on suspicion of being complicit in a drive-by shooting.
