State Trooper sets foot out of his jurisdiction to make another false arrest for criminal trespass
Out of his bailiwick and out of his mind as a cop
And sorry, M.P.’s. You’ve got to go to federal court for this one. State charges are not even on the table on U.S. government property.
And in federal court, Mr. Lopez-Martinez is just as guilty as the suspect he trespassed onto the military base to pick up, if not more so, because he certainly does not belong there as a State Trooper acting in any official capacity.
Local base commanders in Alaska are betraying the Presidential chain of command to local mayors and governors by involving foreign-influenced state and local civilian police.

On April 24, 2026, at approximately 2112 hours, AST responded to Fort Greely for a report of a vehicle that had bypassed the entry control point. The sole occupant of the vehicle was identified as Tommy Sauer, age 50, of Delta Junction. During the incident, Sauer nearly collided with a Fort Greely Police Department vehicle acting in its official capacity to prevent further access into the installation. Sauer was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Trespass. He was remanded to FCC without bail.
Near fender-bender on a military base? Military police can't get authorization for federal charges so they call State Troopers onto the military base?
The state charges coming out of a local military base are a little bit out of order and irregular in any case.
