Standard three years probation on federal suspicion
Charges usually dismissed if the feds don't find anything serious to charge you with — except you do lose your gun rights for life as part of the Catholic collective federal plea bargain
Man lived in US national forest for 8 years, creating 1,000 lbs of trash
It’s “one of the worst residential cases” a Forest Service officer had ever seen.

“1,000 pounds of trash,” including tires, plastic bags, trash bags, aluminum cans and other items. Visits to many national forests, including Tonto, are limited to 14-day periods, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Is that your trash in the woods? Is that your official residence, and you have 30 days to clean up? How do the feds know how long you've been there? The people filing complaints sound like they've been living in the national forest much longer than 14 days.
If you camp in the woods, are you responsible if other people trash your campsite?
If you find half built structures in national forests and parks, is it legal to fix them up to camp in for a couple of weeks?
Who the heck are these unjust stewards of our national forests and parks?
