According to the Metropolitan Police, officers were called just after 11 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, following reports of “a man on the roof.” Moments later, Duncan fell from what outlets describe as roughly seven floors (about 100 feet) to the street below. Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service pronounced him dead at the scene. Police have classified the death as “unexpected but non-suspicious.”
