It's very simple. They get a licensed professional Brady-United-group-affiliated psychiatrist to tell you you're stupid in court and you can't have a gun etc. And they're professionals at telling us just how stupid we are as law-abiding gun owners.

That's the 6th circuit, not the 9th circuit anyways, and the Supreme Court itself is pleased as punch with the present state of affairs of lawless gun-grabbing cops having absolute unchecked authority to have people served with obnoxious and illegally simulated legal process and told professionally that they're stupid, criminally insane, mentally incompetent, and so on and so forth in court.
Hiring "professionals" in court to hurl any number of horrible insults and fighting words at law abiding citizens who own guns, violently disarming us without justification, and forcing us to walk the plank unarmed for the rest of our lives with their guns continually trained on the backs of our heads.
