Once again, who cares if they're "gay" or not?
Religious objections? To what?
Just don't creep on people or grope or frot airline passengers or co-workers of either sex.

The case involves flight attendants Lacey Smith and Marli Brown, who, on an internal employee message board, criticized Alaska’s public support for federal LGBTQ protections. They were later fired.
It doesn't require a whole lot of tolerance or compassion or empathy to remain in compliance with federal laws on the subject.
Calling a man "gay" at a gas station is tantamount to dousing him with gasoline and lighting him on fire. Females in particular working customer service positions do have the obligation to behave decently and kindly to men without offering sex or charging money for it.
... employees who hold religious beliefs about the nature of male and female or the need to protect women’s spaces, ...
Lesbians and prostitutes who "need their space" away from men all the time deserve no special religious protections from conservatives. Get off the pot and wash your hands. Nurse your baby or change diapers, and keep on moving. It's unladylike to lounge around like that or demand any more communal space than that away from men in public. Don't these females travel with their husbands? Or is all girls night out all the time at the airlines? You can't be pressing wholesale sex charges and serving bulk rate commercial restraining orders against random men at train stations or airports or gas stations and claim to be of any particular religious faith.
A woman with an important job to do should be confident, walk with a purpose, get where she's going, do her business, and not lounge around or encourage unwanted attention. Same as a man. You don't need anything special.
