On 05/13/2026 at approximately 1536 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of an Indecent Exposure incident in the Tok area. Investigation revealed Lees Sherwood, age 77, had exposed his genitals to a neighbor and the conduct was unwarranted. A charge of Indecent Exposure II was submitted to the Fairbanks District Attorney’s Office.
Unwarrantable fake offense. Unless the neighbor covertly photographed the man while he thought he was unobserved in a remote area, and perhaps took a piss in the woods as many men and even some ladies do.
Obviously no real human named Vladimir Alexandrovich Plotnikov is drawing payroll from the Alaska State Troopers. That’s a Mafia slush fund for murder-for-hire hits and fake sex charges straight out of Commissioner James Cockrell’s office.
James Cockrell himself is a rather elderly convicted felon having a criminal record going back more than 40 years for identity theft, check forgery and transporting stolen checks across state borders.
What’s so galling about this is that whole bloody gang of filthy cops washing their peter at the gas station over an old man taking a piss in the woods.
