Man Arrested Nearly a Month After Teen Girl, 17, Was Mauled by More Than 10 ‘Large-Breed’ Dogs During a Jog

A California man was arrested nearly one month after a teen girl was mauled by several dogs while jogging through his neighborhood. Craig Arthur Simmons, 61, was taken into custody after the teen was attacked by a pack of canines in Newberry Springs on July 17.

Craig Arthur Simmons was later arrested on Aug. 13 in relation to the mauling, according to an update to the initial announcement from the SBCSD. //Simmons, 61, is allegedly the owner of the dogs. He was charged with Penal Code 399(B), which is “owner of animal causing serious bodily injury or death.”

It's a tragic heartbreaking incident, but the courthouse mafia problem is that while there is indeed the requisite young lady in distress, the alleged owner of the dogs did not commit a "crime" by any standard of proof beyond a reasonable doubt, by any real act committed with real intent.

Read the Bible. Beware of dogs. Do not taunt or tease them. If the dogs were known to be vicious and to have attacked people before, then the owner might be liable for injuries, for letting them loose in a city park.

But if girls and young women in general are streetwalking and jogging, taunting and teasing men, and turning tricks at law to get men "arrested" just for fun or as a prank in a red-light district of vice and carnality, then dogs become incited by the general attitude of vice and naughtiness in the district which they sense innately.

If too much "flesh" or "carne" is paraded or made "available" on walking or jogging trails, the dogs will not be able to resist, and they will bite.
