Are Transgender Screening Rights at Risk at TSA?

Recent unannounced changes to TSA’s screening policies, restricting transgender officers from conducting pat-downs, are raising concerns about the future of gender-neutral security measures.

To comply with the Executive Order 14168, Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government, dated January 20, 2025, transgender officers shall no longer perform pat-downs on travelers.

I wouldn't get into the particular details of a nonsensical executive order or who is transgender and who is not, but large quantities of alcohol are being served and the cops want sex at the airport, so as usual, aggressive male cops are getting away with sexual assault. I'd say female cops too, but feeling up and patting down random strangers is not typically a female urge, I mean very unladylike if it is.
