"Love" stamps at the post office?

Every year has had its new issue of this rather unique series of stamps

The word "Dear" is or has been for many years almost obligatory for any formal or less formal or more intimate correspondence that is not commercial advertising. That word is an expression of love, that whatever is written or communicated, is presumably with love, not to be misconstrued or brought into court as an adversarial relationship.

There's the old idea or general rule of thumb that truth and love always go together, for example, the "Sincerely" or "Yours truly" at the end of a letter with the "Dear" at the beginning of it.

Nowadays, some people "have kids" as if their own parents never did, and they are extremely protective of them and always on high alert for anything possibly to be construed in court as even slightly "inappropriate" in any way — even if the things they consider appropriate for their own children are highly inappropriate to the rest of us.

Jesus loves little children and He sets that example in the Holy Bible that we should not be cold or unaffectionate toward them, especially if children have been baptized or are to be baptized into such faith.

However, adults are showing up in court with AI-generated, enhanced or altered video and audio recordings, and forgeries or partial redactions of documents. Child pornography and similar charges are showing up more and more these days in an unholy civil-cum-criminal-cum-mental-health court system built on unavenged and reinforced lies and slander and defamation of character out of all proportion to truth and reality. Obviously such matters were dealt with more decently in the past when there was more honor in the judicial system, but we're not sure that the honor in America's courthouse and law enforcement systems exists today to permit any normal "personal" type correspondence in the mail, that would not confiscated and used against us in court.

Or were there old "aunts" and "grandmothers" in the community who over time got along a mite too well with local law enforcement officers, prosecutors and pimps of the district, and led us into general practices of personal and family correspondence that are too dangerous to continue in today's culture of hard-line communism and extreme gun control in America?

Love 2025 Stamps | USPS.com
Celebrate the universal experience of love with the newest stamp in this popular series, the 2025 Love stamp.

The imagery here of the latest issue in the series is that of "ghost love" from a bygone era of simple human compassion and honor that simply no longer exist in a worldwide "workers union" economy with the suggestion of something "too hot to handle" at the post office in conjunction with the "law tease" evinced by the constant threats of arrest on federal felony charges and civil fines we are facing to send any and all mail these days, which was not the practice long ago in more honorable times before communism took over.

As these are "forever stamps" I would suggest extreme caution with this particular series and saving them, storing them carefully and guarding the stamp collection vigilantly for a more friendly political environment to use, hopefully, perhaps some time far in the future when America once again has her guns and her honor fully restored in her righteous name.
