Obviously if "extreme" risk protection orders are involved, they would have to be terminated with extreme prejudice. Otherwise there would be no possible way for a U.S. subject to overcome the burden of proving by the standard of such a vast overwhelming preponderance of the evidence that one should not be subject to repeated extreme risk protection orders on anyone's say-so in a court of law.

Unfortunately, U.S. courts to date are nowhere near the point of acknowledging subjects as citizens or of respecting our Constitutional rights.
