Undated story from FBI's website. Hi-res backside selfie. We need to know if FBI maintains a liaison in Tokyo. The demonstration of the Japanese slang term is too intentional or striking. There's an American embassy in Tokyo, Japan, posted, presumably, in case Americans living in Japan wish to contact FBI, but probably not much FBI presence there and it may well be the case that Honolulu is the closest or most convenient field office to Japan.

The Japanese slang is "dated," not archaic, but probably more descriptive of a woman who is somewhat older. Not that one would call a woman ugly to her face and beautiful walking away, but something about the mannerism or social insult of a woman saying no and angrily stalking away presumably from some bewildered gentlemen who doesn't even know he's being dumped, let alone that he offended the lady somehow. Heads are turning at the place and female cops show up and ask around if everyone is okay, offering social and mental health services at a late night bar scene.
