If the New Testament is not part of Jewish tradition, that is one thing, but then they they leave the rest of us in a situation of all law and no prophets, with various progressively strict and barbaric extremist Talmudic interpretations of law which they enforce to the last jot and tittle on us, not only denying the fulfillment of the promise in the Scripture but denying the very promise itself.
