Crooked cops protect organized criminal enterprises and make false arrests in Alaska

On 05/15/2026 at about 1542 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a person trespassing on the property of a business which they had been previously trespassed from.  Investigation revealed that Alissa Weberg, age  31 of Ketchikan entered and remained on the property after being previously trespassed by Law Enforcement.  Weberg was later contacted and issued a Summons for Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree.

There must be a method of serving civilian police officers in Alaska with lawful orders to report for military duty in order that they may answer serious criminal charges at court-martial for such unbecoming conduct.

It is not Beaudoin’s job to protect a unnamed local organized criminal establishment or to decide arbitrarily “on the street” whether a female customer at any particular establishment open for business is an honorable woman or a prostitute.

Beaudoin is moreover guilty of committing the crime of simulating legal process in the State of Alaska, reporting falsely that a person has been “previously trespassed” knowing that such process “was not issued or authorized by a court or other official body authorized by law to do so.”

Alex Kramarczuk himself, the District Attorney, will be implicated in the crime of hindering prosecution if he fails to prosecute Joey Beaudoin for the aforementioned crime of simulating legal process.

These are misdemeanor charges only for the obnoxious service of process of a trespass advisement. But the fact that Beaudoin has used force to make an arrest on such simulated or falsified legal process exposes him to felony prosecution as well, and possibly a federal felony indictment if the jurisdiction of interstate commerce is invoked.

Further felony charges for obstruction of justice await U.S. attorneys who fail to prosecute police officers for misconduct of this sort.

The absence of any sort of law or order in connection to Beaudoin’s arbitrary actions and use of force may be a justification for calling him to active military duty to answer criminal charges at court-martial.

On 5/9/2026 at approximately 1300 hours, AST was informed of an individual trespassing at Three Bears in Wasilla. The complainant, Penelope Bennett, stated that the man had been inside of the store multiple times, and also informed AST that he'd been instructed to leave by management and escorted out of the store, but was still on the property. AST made contact with the man, Roy Petersen, and confirmed him to be the individual who had been trespassed. Roy was arrested for Trespassing and Violation of Conditions of Release. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial where he was held on $1000 bail for violation of conditions of release.
