Comprehensive, aggressive legal strategy urgently needed for visiting and/or residing in Alaska
Or doing anything or going anywhere in the aforementioned District of Alaska without getting "arrested" on bogus business or public lands “trespass” charges
And if you do own private property, you probably aren't stupid enough to believe Alaska’s local retail Mafia government and brutal small-business-district protection racket mobster cops are respecting any actual “private” property as such in the state.
Many but not all “SMB” or small and medium business owners as well as government, university and military bureaucrats are Jewish and they had hoped to establish Alaska as a Jewish religious law state in America whereby a “sanhedrin” of law enforcement officers, public officials and businessmen had assumed arbitrary authority to issue formal religious trespasses and banns against targeted individuals for arbitrary and unreasonable causes.
Cops of all jurisdictions throughout the State and federal District of Alaska and neighboring regions in Alaska and Canada maintain a pernicious practice of “picking up” targeted individuals on bogus quasi-religious business-trespass charges which don’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell in court on their merits, but for some reason the cops aren’t being adequately disciplined and flogged in court for continually violating the civil rights of targeted individuals who have lists and need to go to work, do their shopping, eat out at restaurants and/or enjoy outdoors recreation, etc. The formal “trespasses” appear to be a cop-shop-only thing with absolutely no standing in court whatsoever.
This is a situation similar to the Jewish Autonomous Oblast of the Russian Federation, and its infamous capital city Birobidzhan. Are there Waters Flowing Eastward at that place in connection with Alaska in the United States? Jews roughing it outdoors in remote areas, after alienating gentile citizens with their obnoxious business ethic and complaining that so few of their brothers are willing to become circumcised?

You need a comprehensive legal strategy with a heavy-hitting criminal defense and civil litigation law firm to live in Alaska or even to visit for a short time as a law-abiding citizen, in order to do anything or go anywhere without getting arrested.

I was trespassed from a Safeway store I was never trespassed from, but another Safeway store had me arrested for trespassing
If local business owners don't know exactly who you are and what you are doing when you visit a remote town, they will have the cops pick you up on a commercial "trespass" which is not a warrant but still considered probable cause and even proof beyond a reasonable doubt on a "hearsay" basis which is admissible as evidence in court by lax and permissive Alaska Bar Association rules, unlike in other states.
Established businesses reserve the absolute right to have consumers, patrons and passersby jailed at any time for any reason: it is considered a criminal trespass, whereas business owners may legally follow consumers home and inspect or even ransack their homes and automobiles and private property for civil causes of “loss prevention” on established legal principles of self-help even if the consumers are not formally accused or "convicted" of shoplifting or theft.

… Many corporations are finally receiving their long-awaited land entitlements and recently began to manage their land – including posting “No Trespassing” signs. ¶Managing the huge number of 17(b) easements on corporation lands is the responsibility of the BLM. The State of Alaska, Native corporations, and the BLM, meet annually to discuss issues involving 17(b) easements. …
So we need a comprehensive legal strategy for revenge on crooked cops, mayors, procurators and other members of the community sanhedrin in the various small towns, shtetls and villages of Alaska, if you ever want to do anything without getting arrested or go anywhere without getting arrested or end up with a lifelong criminal record for going somewhere you are “not supposed to” go or doing something you are “not supposed to” do even if it is not a crime and you are well within your rights.
