The houses are required to be plain boxes on concrete brick foundations with simple gable roofs and exterior walls painted bold solid colors with plain white framed windows, and no eaves.
Typical Danish or Dutch, and keeping up with the Joneses (or Kardashians) next door is a legal requirement, not an option.
