Brian Kilmeade was talking about a murderer of course and suggesting capital punishment for murder, which is arguable. His remarks were a little bit off the cuff and exhibited a catholic vagueness and free association somewhat lacking in specificity, conflating poverty, homelessness and courthouse mental health service-of-process concerns with murder. At the same time, perhaps, a natural first reaction or simple observation as to something very shocking that happened on the train.
Sure, think before you speak on national television, but the bigger issue which has not yet been addressed adequately is to spit that filthy courthouse mental-health service-of-process diagnosis scum out of your mouth before you appear on television.

Not to excuse a murder, but crime has to have a motive, and I don't believe in mental illness as a popular diagnosis. The guy must have had some reason to be so angry at the girl. And once again, there's an obnoxious service of process in court with an archaic mental health diagnosis and a beauty queen preening her social profile online and rubbing it in the guy's face on the train. The whole Ukraine is full of mental hospitals, psychiatric wards and insane asylums, and the Ukrainians bring all that courthouse trash and S.O.P. with them when they immigrate but they are not judged for it themselves in the USA. There's an entire criminal gang industry of mental health and social services workers who are consummate professionals at defacing other people and making them look ugly in court when they're looking for work or housing or purchasing firearms.
