Yes, the sh-- really did hit the fan, and the government really is coming after your guns
It’s the fake debate over gun rights between Democrat gun-grabbers and Republican gun-grabbers over whether your guns should be confiscated or your guns should be confiscated, or whether you are deemed an unlawful protester or “agitator.”
We have having the same problem Britain had as when the English Bill of Rights was passed permitting firearms not only to Catholics, but also to Protestants.
Bill of Rights [1688]
An Act declareing the Rights and Liberties of the Subject and Setleing the Succession of the Crowne.

Disarming Protestants, &c. By causing severall good Subjects being Protestants to be disarmed at the same time when Papists were both Armed and Imployed contrary to Law.
Subjects’ Arms. That the Subjects which are Protestants may have Arms for their Defence suitable to their Conditions and as allowed by Law.
Second Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Here we are again in America with the same issue: Catholics will not allow Protestants to bear arms. Hence the Catholic “Big Law” crackdown on the largely Protestant Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota community, coming down from Pam Bondi and Karoline Leavitt in their matching Catholic gold cross necklaces.
Minneapolis Is a Second Amendment Wake-Up Call
The federal killing of a Minnesota ICU nurse should worry every American.

… There’s also this idea that he was breaking the law because he wasn’t carrying ID, which is required for gun owners. Here was Fox News commentator Joey Jones. ¶The problem with that is the cops didn’t ask him to show ID. If they had, and if he hadn’t had it on him, they could have charged him a $25 fine. So what? ¶But let’s not pretend that it’s the Republican officials and solely Republican officials being hypocritical about this. I’ve actually mostly seen criticism of Kash Patel et al from Republicans. So my question is, where do Democrats actually stand on this? ¶As I mentioned earlier this week, the ACLU, for instance, has backpedaled on whether they support concealed carry rights of protesters. I think many progressives do NOT believe that protesters should be armed. They certainly seem to support every restriction on gun ownership and concealed carry that Democratic legislators can think of. ¶Sadly, too many politicians in both parties have been willing to compromise on fundamental Second Amendment rights. I’m perfectly willing to admit that many Republicans have been bad on this issue. But most Democrats are significantly worse, and favor all sorts of restrictions on gun ownership, on carrying guns, on which guns you can buy, on how long it takes. Every time anything goes wrong concerning a gun, we are told by Democrats that we need common sense gun control, whatever that is. Are they now saying, in the wake of Pretti’s death, that they no longer support that? …
2 federal agents fired their weapons during Alex Pretti shooting, government report to Congress says
Two U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents fired their weapons during the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti, according to a government report sent to Congress and obtained by CBS News that does not mention Pretti reaching for his firearm.

Alex Pretti was in earlier confrontation with federal agents who tackled him, broke his rib, sources say | CNN
Federal immigration officials have been collecting information on protesters and agitators, sources told CNN.

The earlier incident started when he stopped his car after observing ICE agents chasing what he described as a family on foot, and began shouting and blowing his whistle, according to a source who asked not to be named out of fear of retribution. ¶Pretti later told the source that five agents tackled him and one leaned on his back – an encounter that left him with a broken rib. The agents quickly released him at the scene. … Earlier this month, a DHS official in Minneapolis sent a memo to Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations officers assigned to the state on temporary duty asking them to use a form to input information on protesters and agitators. ¶The form — titled “intel collection non-arrests” — allows agents to fill in personal information of agitators and protesters who they encounter. It’s not clear whether other agencies in Minnesota are also using the form. ¶Previously, agents had informally shared information about protesters and agitators with each other, the memo said.
