Why are people so incredibly "toxic" all the time?
Perhaps a euphemism for "intoxicated" with alcohol and no doubt high on drugs
We don't like to talk about toxic people. There's a concept of "toxic masculinity" — perhaps a number of intoxicated men at the local bar — or "toxic feminity" what have you. People "drink" and drug with others of the same sex and similar desires, and when they drink and drug they do not get along in their marriages.
Whether a person cares that much for alcohol or the bar food or not, or even drinks at all him- or herself, the crass drinking and drugging buddies gotta go. The dishonest lawyers in trouble with the bar, the naughty beat cops making their rounds in the red-light district late at night, the corrupt judges entertaining so much tomfoolery over mental health in court: we have to say sayonara to all those people and their evil ways when we set foot on the right path of the healing of souls.

That's a lot of heavy-duty drinking and drugging buddies you just don't need in your life. We're going to call such people "toxic" and not merely "intoxicated" as it were with beer, wine or hard liquor, well, well, well, none of the head-shrinks in their respective professions care to admit this themselves for the sake of the unhealthful drugs they deal so forcefully to consumers on the dole, but federally scheduled controlled substances are definitely involved to make so many people so incredibly "toxic" all the time.
It brings to mind Abraham's sincere and fervent prayer for Sodom and Gomorrah. There weren't even ten righteous there that God should spare the whole place for their sakes.
