What is Stockholm syndrome?

No, it is not always what they say it is

Stockholm Syndrome | Research Starters | EBSCO Research

Stockholm Syndrome is a psychological phenomenon where hostages or victims develop sympathetic feelings and positive attitudes towards their captors, sometimes identifying with them to an extent that they adopt similar beliefs. This concept emerged from a 1973 bank robbery in Stockholm, Sweden, and reflects a complex survival strategy for captives who find themselves in precarious situations. Key characteristics associated with Stockholm Syndrome include positive emotions towards captors, a lack of previous relationships between captives and captors, distrust towards authorities, and captors viewing their victims as human beings.

Research suggests that the likelihood of developing Stockholm Syndrome increases when captors do not harm their victims, the hostage situation is prolonged, and emotional contact occurs. However, it's important to note that the syndrome is relatively rare; studies indicate that only about 8 percent of hostages exhibit this behavior, often influenced by their dissatisfaction with authorities rather than genuine emotional attachment. The term has also been broadly applied to scenarios beyond hostage situations, where individuals may trust harmful entities due to complex emotional dynamics. One notable case illustrating the syndrome is that of Patricia Hearst, who was kidnapped and later participated in illegal activities alongside her captors.

True.

This concept emerged from a 1973 bank robbery in Stockholm, Sweden, …

False. Merely an example of something known before. "Stockholm Syndrome" was already well known as such before that, and here money is involved so this is where we cut them off for their lies.

Many years ago, long before 1973, criminal gangs called Triads ruled the streets of Stockholm. Organized crime has typically been associated with Asian immigrants and traced to Chinese roots in Scandinavia.

Scandinavian Triads

In the 21st century, Chinese Triads operate Mafia-like organized crime syndicates internationally, dealing in extortionprostitution, illegal gambling, and the drug trade. In Italy, Triads have operated in association with the Camorra, one of the country’s largest and oldest criminal organizations.

A Triad is a union of three of something, and when pressed, members will explain that Stockholm, Malmö and Göteborg are the three cities of the Triad in Sweden. The Norwegian Triad is based in Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim. The Finnish Triad is based in Helsinki, Turkey, and Tampere, and sometimes a fourth city Lahti is acknowledged. Copenhagen, Aarhus and Herning are the three in Denmark.

Cities are just cities, named as they are but the Triads are how organized crime is "organized" among them, all things roughly or approximately in groups of three, sometimes two or four.

The true explanation of Stockholm Syndrome

The first scenario is exemplified by Julian Assange falling in love with the young women on Sweden.

 1. Big cities are "captivating."
 2. Foreign boys are invited and welcomed.
 3. The boys fall in love with local girls.
 4. Local girls (baristas, bartenders, hospitality industry workers, flight attendants, waitresses etc.) call cops on the boys.
 5. Boys are picked up and literally "captivated" in jail by cops, not realizing it was the girls they loved who called the cops on them.

This is only one possible scenario of Stockholm Syndrome. Cops are picking up girls too, as for example Alexis Wilkins who is reportedly very much in love with her captor Kash Patel.

Bible Gateway passage: Revelation 13:10 - King James Version
He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
Revelation 13:10. "He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints."

Guns are banned, cops are putting people in jail and there are gangsters with knives everywhere, just like the Bible says.
