Trump's crackdown on City Hall
Well justified and long in coming
The old saying is "You can't fight City Hall" but Donald Trump appears to be doing just that and winning.
A crackdown on actual crime, white collar crimes of deception as well as violent crimes of force, would be the true goal, rather than the usual pick-ups for loitering, formal trespasses and hanging out in the absence of any other charges.

Mayors and governors are purportedly elected by locals, the President and Vice President of the United States being the only officials elected by a nationwide vote.
However, the petty tyrannies exercised by state and local authorities are prone to a serious vice called "federalization" which is a grand unification and conglomeration of local and state governments into one national government.
Federalization is a vice (or necessary evil) because if the state and local authorities are not federalized officially, then they have a vicious tendency to federalize themselves unofficially outside of any properly federal authority, and in so doing form a confederacy of sanctuary cities and red-light districts in rebellion or insurrection against the United States and against all proper "federal" authorities as such that have been established by law.
The Multi-State Lottery Association and the Western Governors University are two such examples of neo-confederate establishments, because of the illegitimate jurisdiction they maintain even if they are not yet at this time in Trump's crosshairs.
The "Office of Child Support Services" houses a collection of particularly notorious neo-confederate government systems. State and local child support and alimony cases, built on very strong "local barroom level" presumptions of criminal guilt and civil liability from an antebellum Deep South divorce culture, are illegally "jacked" to a federal level for enforcement, without any requirement to show cause in federal court, and without any due process for contesting fraudulent "local" claims arising in federal court. It's "for the children" supposedly, that such alleged debts would presumably be collected, but there is no way of verifying that. These prostitutes and their ne'er-do-well boyfriends are desperate to collect "child support" from any available source and any person of age, male or female, with any income or assets on any pretext of an imagined relationship for any cause or no cause at all.
If there's really a legitimate case against a deadbeat dad or a professional divorcée who dumped her man and kids for a career, let them have at it for child support, but again, there's a limit to how thick these types of claims can be laid on in court without being thrown out wholesale on their faces at the bar.
The Social Security Administration, the National Security Agency, the Legal Services Corporation and the Selective Service System as well as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are more examples of neo-confederate establishments with an illegitimate authority. We had the Social Security gun grab, and all the cop shops and police unions getting together with too much information on private citizens, and serving obnoxious legal process.
The old ladies pulling lottery tickets had too many conflicting interests for SSS to be part of any legitimate draft of law-abiding patriotic citizens for service in the armed forces. (SSS is now essentially defunct with all males of desirable age considered automatically registered by fiat.) ATF is the other side of the peacenik gun-grabbing sword to the SSS with the Gun Control Act of 1968 passed in the wake of JFK's assassination. JFK was Catholic but not Mafia. LBJ and the others were Mafia.
A second Civil War is approaching. The patronizing attitude of Democrats and labor unions toward women and minorities is the new slavery, which is largely a corporate wage slavery driven by an unabashed "ownership" of humans as resources, with labor unions as chains. Some are cubicle-dwelling office slaves with ID and building access cards hung around their necks who will not and cannot "think outside the box" at work.
