Trump had his tall grass moment on gun rights and the FBI is already covering up the shooting of Charlie Kirk
What sorts of "families" are grabbing guns from us now?
Actually, that's the university cops, not the FBI.

The subject in custody has been released after an interrogation by law enforcement. Our investigation continues and we will continue to release information in interest of transparency https://t.co/YXsG6YpFR5

"Authorities" who nab "persons of interest" without a lawful arrest warrant each and every time, in pursuance of the due process of law as laid down in our Constitution, have no place in our country.
"This guy! No! That guy over there! Get him! Get him! Get him! Get him!"
This rabble-rousing Mob behavior on the part of too many federal, military, state and local cops all working together gung ho without any particular clearance or need-to-know — is reeking of NYPD filth and the lower Manhattan federal court district all the way through.

“Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” an audience member asked. Kirk responded: “Too many.” //The questioner followed up: “Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?” //“Counting or not counting gang violence?” Kirk asked.
That's just another anti-gunner in the audience quoting statistics. "Transgender" is a non-issue, or at most a side issue. There are apparently rather large numbers of closeted gay men who are unable to take rejection from other men who presumably identify openly as female for such purpose.
Kirk's sidestepping of "the transgender issue" and citation of "gang violence" instead in his last few words before death are perhaps the biggest clues yet. Not a hint of the "hate speech" from Kirk, which was being demanded or egged on by the questioner from the audience.
Otherwise the "fact" that some Americans are presumably transgender is fast becoming an etatist justification for unionized working cops on the beat to confiscate all guns from all Americans.
The Utah Department of Public of Safety said in an update Wednesday night that two people were initially taken into custody after the shooting but later released. //The first was released and later charged with obstruction by university police. The second person was taken into custody and released after an "interrogation" by law enforcement, the department said. //Utah authorities said "there are no current ties to the shooting with either of these individuals."
Smart-ass university cops sure do know how to bungle a murder case. You can't just "take people into custody" without a proper warrant or else you're going to pay for that with your police union retirement pension. And the "obstruction" charge is no good either. Nothing to "obstruct" there, bubba. It all happened out there in the open. No lawful arrest to resist. Guy ain't in a good mood to be framed for murder. Due process allows subpoena in court, but there's no place for arbitrary police interrogation in America.
