Total DEI fail, with a medical prognosis to boot
DEI programs are useless and counterproductive to any actual goals of diversity, equity and inclusion, by any measure of the actual meaning of those words, not as a liberal catchphrase for ineffectual works of charity and social justice
Sounds nice. People are friendly, wear all those bracelets, hold hands, etc. and all of a sudden it’s time to get off the property because they’re actually out to kill targeted individuals. There is a very large number of lies to be dismantled one by one.

What are diversity, equity, and inclusion programs?
Programs that increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility are not quotas, which are illegal. Instead, they are strategies to equalize opportunities for groups of people who are unfairly disadvantaged, …
Stop right there. Throw that organized leftist mob out of the courthouse. That’s too many friendship bracelets, and the leftists are already trampling over individual rights and due process. The bracelets are becoming much harder and much more difficult to remove and they are coming with very short chains holding both hands very close together. The champions of organized labor rights and employment opportunities for “groups” of socially connected liberals absolutely despise “sovereign citizens” and “freemen on the land” as well as others who sometimes work as independent contractors and consultants rather than employees.
… such as: engaging in broader outreach and recruitment measures to expand a college applicant pool; adopting a policy to only focus on necessary skills and qualifications in hiring; …
As if large corporations are hiring or could possibly hire so many different people without doing exactly that already!
… providing training to ensure that healthcare providers can effectively treat patients of all backgrounds; among others. At the end of the day, a successful diversity, equity, and inclusion program strives to ensure that no one feels excluded or treated unfairly. The federal government should encourage these programs, not limit them.
This is the sort of fake healthcare which is mental or psychiatric only. But it’s actually irrelevant how friendly or personable doctors are, or whether they make patients feel included or special. What matters is the long-term results of the surgeries, regimens of medication, and advice for healthy living which they offer.
If any surgery and/or medication offered as part of an employment benefit is “routine,” then I have no choice but to conclude that it is in fact unnecessary, and that we as humans have evolved or were created not to need it, and never to have needed it in the first place.
So if the surgery and/or medication is not routine, then it’s on an elective or appointment basis only as a special case or circumstance if it is not an emergency. If it is some form of healthcare to be delivered case-by-case on an elective or appointment basis, then presumably the patient can live and survive and make do without it. On the other hand, if it is some form of purported healthcare delivered or served on an emergency basis, then I assume it is something being coerced against the patient’s will. So we’re back to the fake healthcare which is mental or psychiatric only, with nothing whatsoever of benefit to the physical health or longevity of the patient even on the table at the doctor’s office.
