Same-sex bondage and servitude
Gay marriage is a form of slavery or bondage, if a woman is "married" to a maidservant or a bondwoman or if a man is "married" to a manservant or a butler. The term "servant" implies they are working-class people (or Democrats) if for example two men or two women "serve" each other in whatever roles they assume in such a relationship.
Straight people are simply not in a position to "judge" gay relationships in court to tell gays when they're "married" and when they're "divorced."
Nor are gay couples accused of "cohabitation" if they live together as roommates without marriage. Straight people lack a frame of reference to adjudicate "gay morals" or "gay adultery."

10 years after the Supreme Court extended marriage rights to all same-sex couples, it will consider whether to take a case asking it to overturn the decision.
