The bastardization of law enforcement in America
Predominantly male cops with too many illegitimate children to support
The few females who work as cops are typically bulldykes or overly masculine women on a power trip who specialize in prosecuting "criminal" sex offenses and related "civil" and "mental" service of process primarily against men, those being the three major categories of law as it is commonly but not at any rate ethically practiced.
Obviously women who work as cops are subjected to continual sexual harassment from their male peers and superiors at work, and they are not to be envied for that. At the same time any sympathy to be had for them goes out the window with their false and presumptuous S.O.P. It's a vile and reprehensible "job" and they are not to be commended for it any more than the corrupt politicians who hire them.

Any police departments that offer housing with employment in the US?

If you work with them, you sleep with them willingly, and no, they're not going to keep their filthy hands off your body, and no they are not subject themselves to the same laws they impose on innocent civilian or military men. Subsidized police housing (especially in remote unsupervised outposts) is a private-ranking man-cave barracks "for the guys" on the police force to party and pimp and prostitute and do drugs and alcohol after work.
Most women who work in law enforcement rent — typically do not buy — private housing out of pocket, with publicly listed phone numbers and addresses, and if they receive any "protection" there it is not from the men on their force. Circumstances that frequently compel sudden moves present an obstacle to homeownership or approval of long-term mortgages for cops.
There are different opinions of the male police officers' unlisted telephone numbers and/or anonymous housing rental agreements, but the same men who act as the worst bullies on duty are obviously total pansies off duty to demand that sort of private-rank "housing" or even accept the offer of it with employment.
