The 30-year mortgage and the husband’s daily commute
And other things in an artificially constructed and forced society that are just ever so slightly too “groomed” or “appropriate” by degrees for what they appear at the time of the harvesting of souls
The 30-year home mortgage is part of a system of busybodies in other men’s matters offering combined financial and religious counseling ostensibly intended to foster the stability of marriages and family life based on white collar employment and home consumerism.

The daily commute? That's an auto loan or a lease on top of a mortgage payment, never an outright ownership. Remember, these are the employers who require their workers to have “reliable transportation” and that is never a car or a truck you own yourself!
Too many men “work” on paper or typically at a desk with a computer, keyboard, mouse, and video display, but not physically, with their hands, doing any actual work. Of course we need bankers and accountants, architects and engineers, etc. — but only so much of that, and it’s miserable and unhealthy to be stuck with a sedentary professional lifestyle of too much non-physical labor and mental torture.
Those men drive borrowed cars to work, and keep their wives and children in borrowed houses, essentially living on borrowed time until some day of reckoning or some retirement with a positive net worth planned for some time in the temporal future.
The word “husband” is, etymologically, indicative of “house bondage” or enforced faithfulness to a home mortgage payment, not to a wife. It’s not entirely clear why in the English language a “husband” should be married to a wife whereas a “husbandman” would be merely a farmer or sharecropper, «husbonde» in Swedish. Nor was it always clear from those medieval terms who was the master and who was the bondservant, but people used such and such expressions of pompous authority and obsequious servility in those days, as to whether a land-owning man was permitted to take or keep a wife or not, while she, on her part, was generally kept in absolute submission and obedience regardless.
Those women about town are bored out of their minds when the men drive off to work, they hold bazaars, knitting circles and reading groups at local libraries, trade off babysitting duties and so on and so forth, and that is the opportunity of gossip, libel, slander and treason, rather than that of faithfulness of each woman to her own husband.
