Stateside politicians are progressively criminalizing U.S. military service in Alaska

Our familiar domestic enemies are having honorable soldiers “served” mentally ill in a court of law and forever stripped of their gun rights wholesale! The very same domestic enemies we know all too well are at it again, up to their usual party pranks, practical jokes and dirty tricks!

Representative Will Stapp (R-Fairbanks) and Senator Loki Tobin (D-Anchorage) introduced House Bill 299 and Senate Bill 236 on Monday, Feb 9. The joint bill is known as the Veterans Justice Act, which establishes the “veteran sentencing program.” The veteran sentencing program seeks to reduce recidivism and help veterans exhibiting “one or more indicators of mental or physical symptoms of a condition from military service that may have contributed to an offense.” ¶The program is for veterans found guilty or pleading guilty to an offense that is eligible for probation and is a misdemeanor. The veteran must also exhibit symptoms of “a condition from military service: and ascent to participate in the program. “Condition from military service” is defined in the bill as “a substance use disorder, military sexual trauma, traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, or other mental health condition that is related to an individual’s military service.”

What a joke these crooked politicians are making of a stateside court system which is already corrupted beyond repair with uncontestable self-help legal remedies, telephonic hearings, video arraignments, and absentia trials!

Declaration of Independence: A Transcription
Note: The following text is a transcription of the Stone Engraving of the parchment Declaration of Independence (the document on display in the Rotunda at the National Archives Museum.) The spelling and punctuation reflects the original.

We have to treat imperialist secessionist Alaska politicians the same way we treated our British brethren 250 years ago. Namely,

We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us.

This is the same clause from the Declaration of Independence which justifies serving stateside legislators, judges, police officers and jailers with lawful orders to terminate their jurisdiction in all such cases where it is found to be unwarrantable.

Such lawful orders and the brutal enforcement of them against stateside officials is exactly what mayors and governors should expect whenever they deem it so convenient, fitting and proper to run a court-martial gutter district of petty charges, civil restraining orders and misdemeanor prosecutions against U.S. veterans under their sole authority, outside the command of the President of the United States.

Thus it is very strange that we find ourselves in the position of the German Nazis of the Holocaust era, and they are the Jews and Russians when we charge them, in effect, with the war crime of Wehrkraftzersetzung in the United States.
