State-only cops who kill without accountability
And the "disappearances" in Alaska with an extreme emphasis on "mental health" to the exclusion of all other concerns in court.
Cops of all jurisdictions in the Alaska area are fiercely maintaining an absolute prerogative in court to shoot and kill any person armed or unarmed for any reason. The area of Alaska is notorious for its disreputable police-union bar association, and an evasion of federal jurisdiction for state killings with no death penalty.
The Alaska Bar Association Regulates the Practice of Law. Protecting the Community & Enhancing the Integrity of Our Justice System. Dedicated to Promoting Professionalism and Quality Attorneys.
Unionized and labor-represented cops have been issuing and serving general warrants against targeted individuals (falsely termed "trespasses") of the exact same type as those issued by the late King George III, against whom the American Revolutionary War was fought and won. General warrants and arbitrary trespasses (lying-in-wait charges) are categorically prohibited by the particularity requirements of the Fourth Amendment.
