I'm still trying to figure out what exactly is meant by the phrase "living on the streets." Do you have a street address and you live there, get your mail somewhere? Do you own the place or pay rent? Or maybe you live on an avenue and not a street. Nice neighborhood or high rent district or not so nice? People drive, work, shop, walk on the streets. There are different shelters, hostels, ​cars, trucks, RVs, apartments, hotels, garages, barns, shops etc.

I'm not a dirty cop and I don't stalk and harass people or keep track of where they sleep every single night with respect to a certain level of income or net worth. If you're stuck living with a bunch of strange people temporarily, you need to be able to get off the property and not be stalked, tracked and hounded by law enforcement parties the rest of your life.
