SCOTUS to decide whether or not men with long hair can own guns

They're obviously not going to openly dispute women's rights, but...

What else is really meant by "marijuana or other drugs" without further qualification but a haircut to own a pistol or a rifle or a shotgun?

Not that the courts (outside of Pete Hegseth's domain) are literally regulating the length of men's hair: it it more the issue that U.S. RINOs keep insisting along with Democrats and their Israeli friends on a perverse and hidden party platform policy that guns are reserved for current and retired police and active duty military only, ("the haircut,") and are absolutely prohibited for private citizens or ordinary civilians (or even military veterans) to own or possess under any circumstances.

Supreme Court to decide whether people who use marijuana or other drugs can own guns
A lower court ruled that unless a gun owner is currently high, past drug use doesn’t violate the Second Amendment. The Justice Department disagrees.
US Supreme Court to review gun restrictions for illegal drug users
The Trump administration wants the law upheld after a Texas man challenged a gun charge.

It goes totally against all law and order in pursuance of the Second Amendment that a possible social reputation as a regular at the bar, bad credit, poor tipping at local restaurants, and rumors or hearsay of past use of allegedly illegal drugs should be progressively reinterpreted under increasingly stringent interpretations of the Viet-Cong Gun Control Act of 1968 as lifelong "prohibiting factors" for gun ownership by U.S. citizens absent any actual criminal convictions for the alleged behavior.
