Some people travel for work or business while others travel for pleasure, leisure or vacation.
Have a meal at a nice restaurant just to relax and let somebody else do the dishes but meanwhile at the next table over, there's a formal business luncheon with a heavy-hitting sales agenda going on.
Formality isn't etiquette.
