Petty tyrants and dictators in every town versus Homeland Security
Foreigners, illegals and gun-grabbers take over courts and governments to collude against law-abiding citizens.

Mullin said he has made it "very clear" to Homeland Security staff that judicial warrants will be used to enter properties unless agents are actively pursuing someone inside. ¶Blumenthal asserted that, according to a whistleblower, ICE agents have been instructed to break into homes and Mullin pushed back, accusing Blumenthal of using the term break in "loosely".
Markwayne Mullin has taken a huge step to speak openly in favor of judicial warrants and due process of law, that is, restraining the excesses of police brutality and going by the book to put criminals in prison.
Senator Andy Kim, a New Jersey Democrat, asked Mullin if he would consult with communities before opening planned detention centres for immigrants. ¶These facilities are operated by ICE, which falls under DHS. ¶Mullin said it's important to talk to the communities, then suggested that he would call the mayor and personally visit a town, which Kim references, where a facility is planned.
Obviously it would be necessary to visit any planned sites and local towns to gauge the opinions of the public and of the official town dictatorships, respectively, before spending money on construction or leasing of planned ICE facilities, which are obviously controversial in illegal immigrant communities and thus subject to a great deal of financial risk from compromised construction workers among other adverse parties.
Mr. Mullin is expected to face a confirmation vote in the Senate next week. ¶Mr. Mullin, who is well liked personally by his Senate colleagues, was expected to be swiftly confirmed. But that trajectory was briefly in doubt on Wednesday when Mr. Mullin clashed with Mr. Paul over his temperament and comments he made about experiencing a war zone, even though he has no military background.
All of America is a gang and drug war zone, while Rome fiddles. War is always controversial. A formal enlistment or induction or commission in the Armed Forces is what it is, thank you for your service, but that does not negate the right or necessity of the people to keep and bear arms on their own behalf. And that is precisely the well-regulated militia of “people” who keep and bear arms without any infringement on that right, as intended by our founding fathers.

Markwayne Mullin of course presumes that the DHS will be, actually, funded by Congress, and that he will have a budget to work with if and when he is appointed to lead Homeland Security. Otherwise, the $100,000 isn’t there to spend if Congress does not allocate it.
