People who feed the poor and don't have Jesus
The Bible tells us all about non-profit charity fraud
Inside the FBI: Charity Scams
Mark 14:7. For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.
I Corinthians 13:3. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
There are non-profit charities and foundations with mausoleums and urns full of cremated human remains, and if say I'm a manager of one of those places, then I'm well fed and well clothed, sheltered and protected as you can see, but I just don't make any money. We have to be honest here.
Or say I'm an "outsider" to a wealthy insular small-town "community" of these sorts and I find that some of the wealthier and more established locals are reasonably hospitable and charitable up to a point, and then they suddenly start "setting limits" in court and deride me as a "poor person," and my money is simply not welcome in town anymore.
In reality, of course, I have just as much right to be here as anyone else, but it makes me question and investigate all the more the owners' or alleged owners' finances and their sources of income for whatever they are selling me or offering me for money, or charging me for, simply on the premise of my mere presence at such and such places of commerce, especially in the business of travel and lodging and food services.
