Alaska Stat. § 11.61.160 - Recruiting a gang member in the first degree from 2024 Alaska Statutes

It's an unprosecutable dead-letter statute, something a little bit too distinctively Jewish for those of us who eat pork and shellfish. People commit crimes, it is true, and people are recruited into criminal gangs, it is true. But whatever sort of crime it is, or conspiracy or inducement to commit a crime, that's what crime it is, and the case has to be prosecuted on its own merits against the individuals responsible, whether a so-called "gang" is involved or a group of law-abiding friends. Whatever crimes a person's "friends" commit, that's their doing, however "friendly" a person is supposed to be toward others in general. And we've got dirty matchmaking cops who don't mind their own business with various dead-letter laws on the books. Somehow these cops with a position of power downtown get in on the game of Jewish vice to play matchmaker, and they certainly aren't giving up their share of pork and shellfish anytime soon.
