Navies and port authorities are notorious for using healthcare as an arbitrary strategy of war and population control, not for the collective or individual benefit of patients, but for accomplishing other deleterious and harmful goals and objectives easily cloaked in the learned language of healthcare.

This is when healthcare verges into a "district of circumcision" — and/or "vaccination" if you will — but definitely not by choice. There is a "sanhedrin" of military officers, mayors, governors, doctors, nurses and local health officials who suddenly announce pre-planned and pre-arranged but drastic and draconian orders and Fauci-style health "measures" such as quarantines and forced vaccinations.

It functions as a highly professional and suddenly executed health-and-beauty gig, (scrub the decks, etc.) get a haircut, brush your teeth, shave along with a five-minute shower if you're lucky but everybody stinks anyways and you have ten minutes to wash and dry your clothes or something.
