National Security Agency in Alaska

The infrastructure of domestic intelligence and 24×7 monitoring and surveillance of U.S. citizens and permanent residents in Alaska

The 373 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group (AFISRA) is or was responsible for operating the Alaska Mission Operations Center on Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson (JBER) where President Donald Trump met with Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on August 15, 2025.

NSA Alaska (NSAA)
Located on the Joint Base Elmendorf and Richardson (JBER) outside of Anchorage, the state’s largest city, NSA Alaska focuses on strategic competition, working with partners to provide critical information and protect the nation. NSAA was established in 2020 from the former Alaska Mission Operations Center (AMOC). It has a 24/7 watch floor, Alaska Security Operations Center (ASOC).

The large number of obscure military divisions, middle-management commissioned military ranks, and miscellaneous military designations is a strong indication of extreme secrecy, as well as a dangerous defection or disconnect from the goals and objectives of regular military forces. Moreover, the Alaska State Troopers as well as various city and borough police departments in Alaska almost undoubtedly have direct and unfettered access to raw surveillance intelligence on domestic targeted individuals for purposes of stalking and bullying them and arranging false arrests and other unwarranted police pick-ups.

Theories of “parallel construction” are then used to fabricate probable cause in those rare cases in which it is actually demanded in court, e.g., by professional criminal defense law firms hired to defend high net worth professional clients from white collar criminal charges.

These are some extremely obnoxious, meddlesome, and ingratiating busybodies with an obvious agenda of hostile espionage against U.S. citizens and permanent residents in Alaska.

DHS&EM | About the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC)
Mission Statement: To gather, process, and report emergency situation intelligence to aid in State policy and decision-making; support local communities as they direct and control disaster emergency response operations; and account for the State's response support costs. ¶The SEOC is Alaska’s central hub for emergency response, coordinating efforts to address crises such as severe weather, earthquakes, tsunamis, wildfires, and public health emergencies. By gathering real-time intelligence and collaborating with federal, state, local, and tribal partners, SEOC ensures swift and efficient resource allocation to mitigate the impact of disasters. This includes managing operations, deploying response teams, and tracking costs to secure state and federal disaster funding for recovery efforts. ¶In line with its mission, SEOC strengthens community resilience by supporting local leadership during emergencies and delivering tailored assistance to meet Alaska's unique challenges. …

The unqualified and heavy-handed “support” given by Alaska's emergency services commissariat to “local leaders” and petty tyrants, as well as their refusal to hold them accountable for their misconduct in office, is evidence of an oppressive system of government totalitarianism and absolute tyranny in Alaska which is not in pursuance of the Constitution of the United States of America.

The emphasis on “gathering intelligence” suggests that a combined state and federal shadow government in Alaska has been acting as a hostile military occupation, with an intention of waging war and conquering the general population of law-abiding citizens and permanent residents.

The 15th-century German Reformer Martin Luther is said to have likened the natural intellect of man to a terrible beast which must be throttled and its eyes put out, and here, of course, we speak of the intelligence surveillance apparatus of the state, with which the Germans have never been unfamiliar.

In some way or another, these overly friendly joint U.S. and foreign military operations in Alaska airspace must be connected to the oppressive level of communistic military and government intelligence surveillance being conducted against U.S. citizens and permanent residents in Alaska.

Top US counterterrorism official Joe Kent resigns over Iran war
National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent says Trump “started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby”.

Much of the foregoing, of course, is the legacy of “good-conscience communist” Joe Kent who resigned in protest this year as National Counterterrorism Center Director.
