Pritzker said he expects agents are planning to "raid Latino communities and say they're targeting violent criminals" and that Trump "will be looking for any excuse to put active duty military on our streets, supposedly to protect ICE."
Spanish is a major world language. There are far too many Spanish-speaking people in the world to say that they are all part of the same community. If it's a particular extended family reunion or get-together, that's one thing, not quite a "community" as such; the term has been much abused, and other than that, many Americans are Latino and/or speak Spanish and feel no particular cultural ties to violent MS-13 gangsters.
What race are your neighbors when you buy or rent a home? That's not something you normally have any particular control or concern over, to say a racially segregated "community" of some sort exists in some neighborhood or another and who's a member of it and who's not. That's terribly presumptuous thing for a Democrat race-baiting governor to say.
