They said he threatened to kill and harm everyone in the store, according to authorities.

It's a "formal threat" alleged by hearsay in court in an attempt to justify an unjustified homicide.

So an innocent man was set up, insulted, called a creep and shot and killed at a store because he followed a woman into the store, and apparently she felt "uncomfortable" and shot and killed him.

The Sheriff's Department is too scanty on the details to say he ever actually touched the woman who killed him.
