Military ex-pats? Communists?
I don't want to be rude, but what's up with American military ex-pats living abroad?
Can't we stay home and Make America Great Again?

Who does this guy love in Vietnam after serving America in the U.S. Air Force and not desiring to live here anymore?
Vietnamese food? Retirement in a first-world income in a third-world country? Navy vets, same thing. The Fat Leonard scandal.

The guy's got to be a staunch communist with that red shirt he's wearing, and he'd rather live in a communist country than in America after serving in the U.S. Air Force.
So whatever he's doing in Vietnam, it's something "appropriate" for an American ex-pat to do while living "abroad" — or else, they wouldn't let him live there.
Freedom-loving Americans just aren't welcome a lot of places where our freedom isn't appreciated.
