The trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and three other alleged 9/11 plotters is scheduled to begin in June 2028.

Four defendants are currently slated to stand trial together: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid bin Attash, Ammar al-Baluchi, also known as Ali Abdul Aziz Ali, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi. The men are facing the death penalty, with prosecutors seeking charges that include conspiracy, murder in violation of the law of war, terrorism and hijacking. ¶After a military judge determined he was mentally unfit to stand trial, a fifth defendant, Ramzi bin al-Shibh, is no longer part of the case.
They're suicide bombers. They can't be allowed to plead mental health. Liberal Catholics have infiltrated the U.S. legal system and gone on strike to obstruct justice in death penalty cases, and here we see them actively defending Islamic terrorists and extremists behind the scenes. The death penalty is justified so that they don't cause large numbers of other people to die unnecessarily when they do.
